Bachelor’s thesis analyses electronic banking in the term of utilization, used technologies and with respect to security. It shows comparison of concrete types of electronic banking, which are being used at present. Analysis of possible risk by using electronic banking and solution proposal, which sets up interaction between bank and its client and makes behavior proposal for minimizing of security risks are integral part of this bachelor’s thesis.

The work consists of the preparation and execution of marketing actions in order to expand portfolio of clients with business accounts. The last part of the work is dedicated to proposal of customer relationship management system, through which could lead to deepening relationships with customers.

The main goal of this master’s thesis is to represent the development of accounting softwares depending on the development of electronic banking. Particular chapters subsequently deal with direct banking - its formation, services and security, concerning accounting software as well as the interconnection of banks and the company accountancy using conversion applications integrated into the economical software.

Analýza internetového bankovnictví a návrhy na jeho zlepšení

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the weaknesses of the internet banking of selected three banks and to propose recommendations for its improvement. The first part of the thesis focuses on the historical development of internet banking, its security and other studies dealing with the same issues. In addition, there are methods for selecting banks under examination, ways of measuring satisfaction and evaluation criteria. In the second part, the analysis of the three banks is car-ried out and the analysis of their clients' satisfaction based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Consequently, a discussion is unfolding, summarizing the findings and giving recommendations for selected banks.

Banks and their electronic communication with their clients

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of banks with focus on electronic banking. The thesis has two part - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes the banking system in the Czech Republic, defines the term bank, characterizes its functions and selected banking products and also briefly describes the history of banks and money. Attention is being paid especially to the means of electronic communication between banks and their clients. The thesis then defines the term electronic banking, characterizes different means of electronic banking (cards, phone banking, homebanking, internetbanking and smartbanking), shortly describes their history, their advantages, the risks resulting from this type of communication and possible solutions for preventing these risks. In the theoretical part, I used mainly the descriptive method and the method of analysis. The practical part of this thesis compares the electronic means of communication (namely internetbanking and smartbanking) used by three prominent Czech banks - Česká spořitelna, Českoslovanská národní banka (ČSOB) and Fio banka. Aplikace pro správu osobních financí

This Diploma thesis addresses the different problems regarding Czech web applications in relation to managing personal finances. The first part describes the current state of the Czech market with web applications. The next part evaluates synchronization methods of both incomes and costs with internet bankings. These findings are based on executed design and implementation of new web applications which contain an option for synchronization with banking API and better suits the needs of a defined target group. Finally there is a comparison made between monetisation and gamification.
